Configuring your company details
Your company details appear on quotes, invoices, and client communications.
What to set up
Go to Settings > Company and fill in:
Company name — Your trading name.Logo — Upload your company logo (appears on quotes, invoices, and the client portal).Address — Your registered business address.Phone number — Main contact number.Email — Primary contact email.VAT number — If VAT registered, this appears on invoices.Company registration — Your Companies House number (optional).Branding
Your branding is used across KAIRO:
Quotes — Company name, logo, and contact details in the header.Invoices — Full branding with VAT number and payment terms.Client portal — Your logo and company name on the booking portal.Driver app — Your company name appears in the driver's app header.Tips
Use a high-resolution logo (PNG or SVG, at least 200px wide).Keep your contact details up to date — clients see these on every document.Set your default currency and VAT rate in Settings > Billing.
