Your first 10 minutes with KAIRO

Here's a quick checklist to get your account ready for live bookings.

1. Add your company details (2 min)

Go to Settings > Company and fill in your company name, address, phone number, and logo. This information appears on quotes and invoices.

2. Add your vehicles (2 min)

Head to Fleet > Vehicles and click "Add vehicle". Enter the registration number — KAIRO will auto-fill details via DVLA lookup. Set the vehicle class (E-Class, S-Class, V-Class, etc.).

3. Invite your drivers (2 min)

Go to Fleet > Drivers and click "Invite driver". Enter their name, email, and phone number. They'll receive an invitation to download the KAIRO driver app.

4. Set up your tariffs (2 min)

Navigate to Settings > Tariffs to configure your pricing. Set per-mile and per-minute rates for each vehicle class.

5. Create your first booking (2 min)

Click Jobs > New booking and enter the pickup, drop-off, date, time, and passenger details. Assign a driver and vehicle, then save.

You're live! Your driver will see the job in their app, and you can track everything from the dashboard.
