Tracking driver performance

Monitor how your drivers are performing to maintain service quality.

Performance metrics

For each driver, KAIRO tracks:

  • Jobs completed — Total number of completed journeys.
  • Revenue generated — Total fare value of their jobs.
  • On-time rate — Percentage of jobs where the driver arrived on time.
  • Acceptance rate — How often they accept dispatched jobs.
  • Customer ratings — If you've enabled passenger feedback.
  • Utilisation — Percentage of available hours spent on active jobs.
  • Viewing performance

    Go to Analytics > Driver Performance to see a league table of all your drivers. Click any driver to see their detailed breakdown.

    Identifying issues

    Look for:

  • Low on-time rates — May indicate poor time management or unrealistic scheduling.
  • Low acceptance rates — The driver may be cherry-picking jobs.
  • Low utilisation — They could be taking on more work.
  • Tips

  • Share performance summaries with drivers to encourage improvement.
  • Use performance data when deciding job assignments.
  • High-performing drivers can be prioritised for premium account work.
