Understanding your revenue data

KAIRO tracks every pound so you can see exactly how your business is performing.

Revenue dashboard

Navigate to Analytics to see:

  • Total revenue — Sum of all completed job fares for the selected period.
  • Revenue trend — A chart showing daily, weekly, or monthly revenue over time.
  • Revenue by vehicle class — See which vehicle types generate the most income.
  • Revenue by account — Your top-spending corporate accounts ranked.
  • Average job value — The mean fare across all completed jobs.
  • Profit analysis

    Revenue tells half the story. KAIRO also calculates:

  • Driver costs — What you paid drivers for each job.
  • Vehicle costs — Fuel, finance, and maintenance allocated per job.
  • Net profit — Revenue minus all costs, per job, per day, per month.
  • Profit margin — As a percentage, so you can spot thin margins.
  • Filtering

    Filter analytics by:

  • Date range (today, this week, this month, custom)
  • Vehicle class
  • Account or client
  • Driver
  • Tips

  • Review revenue weekly to spot trends early.
  • Compare month-on-month to track growth.
  • Use the AI insights on the dashboard for automated analysis.
