Automatic flight tracking and airport details

KAIRO automatically tracks flights for airport pickup jobs, so you always know when the passenger lands.

Enter the flight number — When creating a booking with an airport pickup, enter the flight number (e.g., BA1234).

Auto-fill details — KAIRO looks up the flight and fills in the airline, origin, scheduled arrival time, and terminal.

Live tracking — On the day of travel, KAIRO monitors the flight status. If the flight is delayed, the pickup time adjusts automatically.

Driver notification — Your driver is notified of any changes via the driver app, so they arrive at the right time.

KAIRO knows the layout of major UK airports. When you select an airport as a pickup or drop-off, it suggests the correct terminal and pickup point.

For Meet & Greet bookings, add a note with the passenger's name. The driver will see this in their app and can prepare a name board.

Enter the flight number as early as possible for the best tracking.

For private aviation, enter the FBO or private terminal as the pickup address instead of a flight number.
